AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE FINAL APPOINTMENT
OF AN "ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT".
J WHEREAS, JOHN R. STRUTNER has satisfactori Iy served a six month
probationary period as an "Administrative Assistant", and;
WHEREAS, the Vi I lage Administrator recommends that such confirm-
.. ation be made, and;
WHEREAS, Counc i I is of the opinion that JOHN R. STRUTNER is a
suitable person for such appointment:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . That the final appointment, on the recommendation of
the Vi I lage Administrator, of JOHN R. STRUTNER as an Administra-
tive Assistant be, and hereby is confirmed.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shal I take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
