AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A LICENSE TO WARNER
CABLE CORPORATION TO CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE
A CABLE T. V. SYSTEM WITHIN THE VILLAGE.
I WHEREAS, Warner Cable Corporation, a Corporation licensed
to do business in Ohio, has made formal application for a Cable
T. V. license per the items submitted along with said application
filed on August 3, 1979, and
WHEREAS, Said license application and accompanying documents
were in all respects executed in accordance with Ordinance 42-79
of the Village,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village,
S members concurring, that:
Section 1. Warner Cable Corporation (QUBE) be and hereby is
granted a license to operate and maintain within the Village
I a cable television and communications system for a period of
fifteen (15) years from the 17"" day of SU'Ml6,~ ,
19~, subject to the conditions of Ordinance 42-79, and the
conditions of the application which applicant nlust comply with
immediately after the granting of a license, and further subject
to the payment of any fees required in connection herewith.
Section 2. The Village Administrator be and hereby is
authorized to provide Warner Cable Corporation with whatever
forms or documents or permits or certified copies of this
Ordinance as may be deemed necessary to allow construction of
said cable television and communication system to begin
immediately after receipt by the Village of those items still
I required by Ordinance No. 42-79.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
