(SOUTH- it WEST CORNER OF BRAND ROAD AND S.R. 745 CONSISTING OF 54.3 ACRES.) WHEREAS, said annexation has been approved by the Franklin County Commissioners and Counci I is of the opinion that said territory should be annexed: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Vii lage of Dublin, State of Ohio, !l of the elected members concurring: SECTION I. The petition of Robinhood Estates, Inc., for the an- nexation to the Village of Dublin, of the following described territory in the County of Franklin and adjacent to the Village of Dubl in to-wit: (See Attachment nAn, the legal description whic is hereby made an official part of this Ordinance). The accurate map of which territory together with its petition for annexation and other papers relating thereto, and a certified transcript of the proceedings of the County Commissioners in relation thereto on fi Ie with the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village be, and the same hereby is, accepted. , SECTION 2.
