AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST/BEST
BID FOR fRANTZ ROAD STREET IMPROVEMENTS

WHEREAS, bids have been received for frantz Road Street Improvements, and:
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of ])ecke.v CksfhC.+icS'" Co.,
in the amount of $ fn.54 Cosq. SO is the lowest/best bid:

NOW, THEREfORE~ BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the bid of P~c:.~e.y Cctt\.s"h.!t;;.s:h""", Co. in accordance
with sped fications presently on file in the office of the Manager be, and
hereby is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Manager and finance Director be, ~and they hereby
are authorized and directed to execute a contr.act with said company for the
construction of this pr.oject.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an
emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health
and safety and for the further reason that improvements to frantz Road are
I currently needed and therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force immediately upon its passage.
