AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING OF A

OF SHAWAN WAY, TO BE REZONED RROM: R-4, SUBURBAN
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT; TO: g~, SUBURBAN' OFfICE DISTRICT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Villa~e of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the fOllOWi~ described real estate (see attached legal de-
scription marked Exhibit "A" situated in the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, is hereby rezoned to he SO, 'Sub.urbanOffice:~' . . Zoning District and
shall be subject to regulations and procedures contained in Ordinance No.
21-70 (Chapter Eleven of the Codified Ordinances) the Village of Dublin
Zoning Code and amendments thereto.
SECTION..2. The application, Exhibit "B", including the list of contiguous
property owners, and the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission

I Beginning at a point in the old centerline of Dublin-Marysville Road (U. S.
Route 33) at the southwest corner of said 12.940 acre tract; thence along a por-
tion of the west line of said 12.940 acre tract N. 0055'58" W., 379.87 feet (pas-
sing a point in the north right-of-way line of U. S. Route 33 at 132.87 feet);
thence crossing said 12.940 acre tract and said 2.540 acre tract by the following
four (4) courses: (1) N. 89004'04" E., 229.70 feet; (2) S. 0055'56" E., 184.80
feet; (3) s. 10055'56" E., 86.50 feet (to' a point in the north right-of-way line
of U. S. Route 33); (4) S. 0055'56" E., 109.89 feet to the south line of said
2.540 acre tract and the old centerline of U. S. Route 33; thence along a portion
of the south line of said 2.540 acre tract and along a south line; of said 12.940
acre tract and along the old centerline of U. S. Route 33, S. 89004'04" W., 244.70
feet to the point of beginning containing 2.055 acres of land, more or less, sub-
ject to all easements and rights-of-way of record.
