AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST/BEST
I, BID FOR 1983 STREET IMPROVEMENTS, AUTH-
t' ORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MANAGER AND
y,':l FINANCE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT:
< At\D DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, bids have been received for 1983
Street I/lllrqvements and:
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of Ml"-tAwoo~ StO\l\@ ~ AylJ:!:.
for said improvements in the amount of $_, ,<05:""1)7,. 00 is the
lowest/best bid; ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Stat
of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the bid of AJoY'iiwno~(I...1~forsaid illlJrovements
in accordance with specifications on file in ,the 0 flee of the Manager be,
and hereby is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Manager and the Finance Director be, and they
hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a contract with the said

I' Section 3. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure for
the public peace, health and safety and for the further reason that said
illlJrovements are currently needed and therefore this Ordinance shall take
effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
