AN ORDINANCE TO ~ORDINANCE NO. 68-82, 1~
ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENC .

WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires amendments to the Annual Appropria-
tions, when necessary, and
WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires that a separate fund be established
for each source of revenue which is required to be used for a particular pur-
pose, and
WHEREAS, Amendments are required for Ordinance 68-82, the Annual Appropriation
Ordinance for fiscal 1983, in order to establish a new fund for revenue from
the $5.00 License Tax Fund for the purpose of installing WALK-DON'T-WALK signal
at Bridge and High Streets, and
WHEREAS, amendments are required for Ordinance 68-82, in order to appropriate
funds for park improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, '1 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 68-82, be and it hereby is, amended to read as
follows:
I That there be appropriated from the following SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS:
B10 $5.00 LICENSE TAX FUND
Program VI - Transportation
B10-6-E~250 Capital Outlay $3,577.00
SECTION 2: That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the
GENERAL FUND the sum of $32,000.00 to establish an appropriation for Parkland
Improvements (A1-3-B-251) in the amount of $32,000.00, thereby increasing said
appropriation from zero to 32,000.00.
SECTION 3: That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an
emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace
health and safety and for the further reason that Annual Appropriations must
be amended prior to the close of the Fiscal year therefore this Ordinance shall
c:;;.::.., take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
