AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING At>V DIRECTING
I THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN
AGREEMENT FOR THE DESIGN ENGINEERING
FOR THE REHABILITATION OF THE BRIDGE
OVER THE SCIOTO RIVER ON U.S. 33 AND
APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR SAME.
WHEREAS, quotations/bids have been received for the rehabilitation of said
Bridge and,
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the quotation/bid of r. Y. L;'Y'.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State

SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect, and be in force from and
