j AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
FOR FISCAL 1983; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code, requires, when necessary, amendments to the
Annual Appropriations; and
WHEREAS, amendments are required for Ordinance No. 68-82, the Annual Appropria-
tion Ordinance for fiscal 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 68-82, and hereby is, amended as follows:
That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the SANITARY SEWER
FUND the sum of $150,000.00 to establish an appropriation for Payment to Devel-
opers (E2-5-H-230) in the amount of $150.,000.00, thereby increasing said appro-
riation from zero to $150,000..00.
ECTION 2. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the
ATER FUND the sum of $20,000.00 to increase the appropriation for utilities
I (El-5-E-23l) by the sum of $20,000..00, thereby increasing said appropriation
from $5,000.00 to $25,000.00.
ECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is,. declared to be an
mergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public Fleace, health,
nd safety and for the further reason that the Ohio Revised Code requires that
he original appropriated amounts not be exceeded, therefore, this Ordinance
hall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
