AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE AND ACCEPT AN
I AMENDMENT TO THE WATER SERVICE CONTRACT
WITH THE CITY OF COLUMBUS, OHIO: AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, since the original Agreement dated March 5, 1974, did not include
areas which have subsequently been annexed to the Village of Dublin, Ohio
and:
WHEREAS, the City of Columbus is willing to amend the Agreement to include
these areas:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, fR of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the amendments to the Water Service Agreement, the map here-
to attached as Exhibit "A", are hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and Village Manager be, and they hereby are, au-
thorized and directed to execute said amendments on behalf of the Village.
III SECTIO~ 3. That this Ordinance be, and tbe same hereby is, declared to be
an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace,
health and safety and, for the further reason that these services should be
made available to all prospective businesses immediately and therefore this
Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.

WHERFAS, it is necessary to nolify Section 4 to cx:Il'ply with starrlard
language used in other Full Service Contracts, am
I Therefore, it is nutually acjreed that Section 4 of the service contract

It is further urrlerstocd and agreed by and between the City of Colunbls,
Ohio am the Village of Dublin, Ohio that as to all other sections umer the
original contract entered into March .5, 1974 that the oovenants, provisions,
terms and corrlitions thereof shall be biniing and that the only purpose of
this M:xlification of Contract is for the change outlined above.
