AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE
I VILLAGE OF DUBLIN COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT
CORPORA TION: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio 1
of the elected members concurring:
SECn ON 1. That the following named persons be, and they hereby are, appoint
as members of the Dublin Community Improvement Corporation:
WILLARD CHAMBERS
THOMAS D'ALONlO
CATHERIN HEADLEE
JAMES LEWIS
BARBARA MAURER
SECn ON 2. That the above named persons shall serve as members of the Dublin
C.I.C. for the balance of the year 1983 and until their successors are ap-
I pointed, or until their death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined
by the Village Council.
SECTION 3. The members of the Dublin C.I.C. shall serve without compensation.
SECnON 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure ne-
cessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for
the further reason that the terms of those appointed by Ordinance No: 20-82
would serve only until the end of 1-982, therefore this Ordinance will take
effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
