ORDINANCE NO. 02-83
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FIRE PREVENTION CODE
SECTION l5l5.02 AND DESIGNATING THE CHIEF OF
THE WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP FIRE DEPARTMENT AS THE
FIRE INSPECTOR FOR THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN
I, NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Couricil of the I
Village of Dublin, (p members concurring that:
- Section 1. The Codified Ordinances of the Village
of Dublin, Fire Prevention Code, Section 1515.02 be and hereby is
amended so that as amended the same shall read as follows:
The Fire Prevention Code shall be enforced by the
Chief of the Washington Township Fire Department or
his duly appointed Fire Marshal and by the Bureau of
Fire Prevention in such Fire Department. The Chief
of the Fire Department or the Chief of the Bureau of
Fire Prevention or the duly appointed Fire Marshal, sha 1
have full authority to perform any of the duties or act
which are required or authorized to be performed by the
Fire Department Chief or Chief of the Bureau of Fire
Prevention in the Code.
Section 2. The aforesaid Fire Prevention Code as
I contained in Chapter l5l5 of the Codified Ordinances be arid hereb
is amended so that wherever "Chief of the Washington-Perry Fire
Department" or similar phrase shall appear, there shall be substi
tuted the phrase "Chief of the Washington Township Fire Departmen ".
Sec tion 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be .
force from and after the earliest period permitted by law.
