AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS TO
I THE VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO.
WHEREAS, appointments are required on various Boards and Commissions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the CQuncil of the VEI.ag.e of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That JAN ROZANSKI and WARREN FISHMAN
are hereby appointed to the Board of Zoning Appeals fora term of three 3
years.
SECTION 2. That MICHAEL CLEVELAND and WILLIAM ANDREWS
are hereby appointed to the Parks and Recreation Commission far a term of
three (3) years.
SECTION 3. That RICHARD RAUH and TIM FREDERICH
are hereby appointed to the Architectural Review Board for a term of three
(3) years.
SECTION 4. That A. RICHARD THOMAS is hereby appointed to the
I Personnel Board of Review for a term of three (3) years. .
SECTION 5. That MADGE SHRIVER is hereby appointed to the
Cemetery Commission for a term of three (3) years.
SECTION 6. That KRIS MILLER is hereby appointed to the
Forrestry Commission for a term of three (3) years.
SECTION 7. That the above named persons shall serve as members in their re-
spective positions until their successors are appointed or until death, re-
signation, or removal for cause as determined by Village Council.
SECTION 8. That members herein appointed shall perform the functions and du-
ties as described in Article Seven (7) of the Village Charter.
SECTION 9., The.members herein appointed shall serve without compensation.
SECTION 10. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after the earliest period allowed by law.

AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A MEMBER TO
THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
I THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO: AND DE-
CLARINGAN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, an appointment is required on said Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, , of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That Gerald Macklin is hereby appointed to the Planning and Zon-
ing Commission for a term of four (4) years.
SECTION 2. That the above named person shall serve as a member of said Com-
mission until his successor is appointed or until death, resignation, or re-
moval for cause as determined by Council.
SECTION 3. That the member herein appointed shall perform the functions and
duties as prescribed in Article Seven (7) of the Village Charter and serve
without compensation.
SECTI ON 4. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an
emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health
and safety and for the further reason that this Commission will soon meet to
organize for 1983, therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
I immediately upon its passage.
