AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST/BEST BID
I FOR TWO (2) POLICE CRUISERS, LESS TRADE-INS,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER AND FINANCE DIR-
ECTOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, bids have been received for the
sale to the Village of Dublin two (2) new Cruisers, less trade-ins and:
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of Bob McDorman Chevrolet
in the amount of $13.908.52 is the
lowest/best bid:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 6 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the bid of Bob McDorman Chevrolet for the
sale to the Village of Dublin two (2) new Cruisers, less trade-ins, in ac-
cordance with specifications presently on file in the office of the Manager
be, and hereby is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Manager and Finance Director be, and they hereby
are authorized to execute a contract with the said Bob McDorman Chevrolet
for purchase of said Cruisers.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after the earliest period allowed by law.
