1 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS
ORDINANCE FOR FISCAL 1982 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires, when necessary, amendments to the
Annual Appropriations; and
WHEREAS, amendments are required for Ordinance No. 60-81, the Annual Appropria-
tion Ordinance for Fiscal 1982:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, &? of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 60+-811. be, and hereby is, amended as follows:
That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund
the sum of $539,000.00 to increase the appropriation for Legal Advertising
(A-7-A-237) by the sum of $1,000.00, thereby increasing said appropriation
from $3,000.00 to $4,000.00; to increase the appropriation for Contingencies
(Al-7-X-230) by the sum of $28,000.00, thereby increasing said appropriation
from $34,000.00 to $62,000.00; to increase the appropriation for Capital Im-
provements/Parkland (Al-3-B-251) by the sum of $110,000.00 thereby increasing
said appropriation from $50,000.00 to $160,000.00; and to increase the appro-
priation for Capital Improvements/Street Construction (Al-6-A-255) by the sum
I of $400,000.00, thereby increasing said appropriation from $225,000.00 to
$625,000.00, said increase to be partially offset by there<;:eipLof"$320,:QOO.00
from the sale of Notes for Glick Road improvements.
SECTION 2. That there be appropriated from the following CAPITAL PROJECTS
FUNDS:
D2-5-A - Post Road Waterline/Booster Station Construction Fund
250 Capital Outlay $585,000.00
D3-6-A - Frantz/Post/33 Intersection Improvement Fund
250 Capital Outlay $575,000.00
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an
emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health
and safety and for the further reason that the Ohio Revised Code requires
amendments to accounts exceeding the original appropriated amounts and there-
fore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon the
passage.
