ORDINANCE NO. 53-82
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE DUBLIN TRAFFIC
CODE, AND REGULATING THE OPERATION AND
USE OF MOTORIZED BICYCLES (MOPEDS) WITHIN
THE VILLAGE.
I NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village
of Dublin, In members concurring, that:
Section 1. Chapter 373 of the Codified Ordinances of the
Village of Dublin be amended so that the title of said Chapter
373 as amended shall read:
"Bicycles, 110torized Bicycles, and Motorcycles".
Section 2. The following sections of Chapter 373 be and
hereby are 1Uliended so that as amended wherever the words "bicycle'
or "motorcycle" appear, the said sections shall include the words
"motorized bicycles", following and in addition to "bicycle"
and/or "motorcycle", whichever the case may be. Further, the
,I following said sections, as amended, shall be fully applicable
to "motorized bicycles":

Section 373.02. Riding Upon Seats; Handle Bars,
Helmets and Glasses.
Section 373.03 Attaching Bicycle or Sled to A
r- Vehicle.
Section 373.07 Riding Bicycle on Right Side of Road-
way, Obedience To Traffic Rules,
Passing.
Section 373.09 Parking of a Bicycle.
Section 3. Section 373.04 be and hereby is amended so
that as amended the same shall read:
373.04 Riding Bicycles, Motorized Bicycles, and
Motorcycles Abreast.
Persons riding bicycles, motorized bicycles
I and motorcycles upon a roadway shall ride single file
in their own lane of traffic or in path or parts of
roadways set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles,
motorized bicycles, or motorcycles.

I Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force fram and after the earliest period permitted by law.
