AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST/BEST BID
FOR THE SCIOTO PARK IMPROVEMENTS, AUTHORIZING
I THE MANAGER AND FINANCE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, bids have been received for Scioto
Park Improvements and;
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the base bid and selected Alternates of
~~t16-bid: in the amount of $ 1J:l~ /9s. 00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, -, of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the base bid and selected Alternates of 10:1:':.'" ,"~'
for Scioto Park Improvements in accorda ce with
specifications on file in the office of the Manager be, and hereby is, accepte .
SECTION 2. That the Village Manager and the Finance Director be, and they
hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a contract with the said
~~_, ~. for these improvements.
I SECTION 3. That the Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure for the
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the further reason
that these improvements should be initiated and completed at the earliest
possible date and, therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
