I . AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 1515 OF THE CODIfIED ORDINANCES
OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO.
WHEREAS, Chapter 1515 dealing with "Fire Prevention" contains some clauses that
have not proved to be functional;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That 1515.08 (a) "The followinQ list of permits must be obtained
annuall and the fees therefor aid to the Mana er etc." be amended as follows
" . . . and the fees therefor' aid to the Washin ton-Parr Townshi Fire De-
artment. "
I SECTION 3. That this Ordinance ,shall take effect and be in force from and after
the earliest period allowed by law.
