AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A MEMBER OF THE PARKS
I~ AND RECREATION COMMITTEE TO SERVE AN UNEXPIRED
TERM: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, due to a resignation, a vacancy currently exists on the Parks & Re-
creation Committee, and:
WHEREAS, Council is of the opinion that <...J,,-I/4... /(}o /1
is qualified for said appointment:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, f of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. 'That c. //~ //L UJo /1 . is hereby appointed
to serve the unexpired term ending December 31, 1983 and shall perform the
duties as prescribed in Section 7.03 of the Dublin Village Charter.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an
emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health,
and safety and for the further reason that the appointment should be made in
order to have a full Committee and, therefore this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force immediately upon its passage.
