I AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST AND BEST BIDS FOR PUBLIC
OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES LIABILITY INSURANCE AND PACKAGE
INSURANCE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER AND FINANCE DIRECTOR
TO EXECUTE CONTRACTS FOR SAM8AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising and bidding procedures, bids have
been received for the provision of Public Officials and Employees Liability
Insurance and Package Insurance (building and contents, extra expense, valuable
papers, equipment floater, comprehensive general liability, umbrella liability,
crime, and boiler/machinery) to the Village of Dublin;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:

sion of Public Officials and Employees Liability Insurance having been deter-
mined to be the lowest/best bid be, and hereby is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the bid of $6,293:UQ....:.-, . 5. r(" for the provi-
sion of Package Insurance having been determined to be the lowest/best bid be,
and hereby is, accepted.
I SECTION 3. That the Manager and Finance Director be, and they hereby are, au-
thorized and directed to execute contracts with Ohio Local Government
Insurance Plan, Inc. for the purchase of the aforementioned insur-
ance coverages.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure for the
public peace, health and safety and for the further reason that said insurance
coverageds_required-and c;therefare:tliis ';ordieance dsball take_effect -and be in
force fmmediatelyupon.its:passage.
