AN ORDINANCE TO APPOINT A PERSON TO FILL THE
UNEXPIRED TERM OF EMERSON BERRY AS A MEMBER
I OF THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, Mr. Emerson Berry has resigned from said Board, and;

WHEREAS, Council has determined that Jan Polal"l~ki 1(. L 1Q,J.s-/(t
is a suitable person to serve the balance of
this unexpired term:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That Jan Polanski is hereby appointed
to serve this unexpired term commencing with the effective date of this Or-
dinance and ending December 31, 1982 per Section 7.04 of the Village Charter.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an
emergency measure for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety
and for the further reason of re-establishing a full Board and, therefore this
Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
