AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST/BEST BID FOR TWO
(2) POLICE CRUISERS, LESS TRADE-INS, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MANAGER AND FINANCE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT.

WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, bids have been received for the
sale to the Village of Dublin two (2) new cruisers, less trade-ins and:
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of r;e~J'1Je. Byf'/'S Qj. Son,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, '7 of the elected members concurring:

Village of Dublin two (2) new crui rs, ess trade-ins, in accordance with
specifications presently on file in the office of the Manager be, and hereby
is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Manager and Finance Director be, and they hereby
are authorized and directed to execute a contract with the said

SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after the earliest period allowed by law.
