AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NUMBER 52-81, THE
COMPENSATION PLAN FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DUBLIN, OHIO: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
1IIJ WHEREAS, there is currently no Classification nor Salary Range for the position
of the Village Planner and:
WHEREAS, it is the desire of Village Council to establish said position:
NOW, THERE~RE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. The position of Village Planner is hereby established in the Com-
pensation Plan.
SECTION 2. The salary range for said "Village Planner" position shall be
established as a minimum rate of $20,000.00 and a maximum rate of $31,500.00
in said COll1Jensation Plan.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an
emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health
and safety and for the further reason that it is the desire of Council to fill
this position at the earliest possible date and, therefore this Ordinance shall
take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
