AN ORDINANCE TO APPOINT A PERSON TO FILL THE
UNEXPIRED TERM OF WILLIAM EASTERDAY AS A MEMBER
I OF THE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE AND DE-
CLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, Mr. William Easterday has resigned from said Committee, and;
WHEREAS, Council has determined that a!P!fJ1.t'JLI C/~ttl(Jnt/
is a suitable person to serve the balance 0 this unexpired term:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of OhiQ, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That ~ J~lJal!.l CII!I/t!/ (Jrjd is hereby appointed
to serve this unexpired term commencing with the effective date of this Or-
dinance and ending December 31, 1982 per Section 7.02 of the Village Charter.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an
emergency measure for the preservation of the public peaee, health and safety
and for the further reason of having a full Committee and therefore this Or-
dinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
