A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENTS FOR SANITARY SEWERS'
III Be It Resolved by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio,
Six (6) of the elected member concurring:
SECTION 1. That the certain easement for sanitary sewers
which is attached hereto, marked, "Exhibit A", hereof, be and the same is
hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
