A RESOLlJI'ION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN
EAS:cMENI'S FOR A WATER LINE AND BOOSTER STATION
I Be it Resolved by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, _Ip
of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the certain easements for a water line and booster
station that are attached hereto, marked, "Exhibit A","Exhibit B", and
"Exhibit C", be and the same hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution take effect and be in force immediate-
ly upon its passage.
