A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A CERTAIN EASFMENT FOR A WATER LINE
I Be it Resolved by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, b
of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the certain easement for a water line that is attached
hereto, marked, "Exhibit A", be and the same hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION l. That this Resolution take effect and be in force iJJJne-
diate1y upon its passage.
