SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
BE IT RESOLVED by the Counci I of the Vi Ilage of Dublin,
I State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That on the 7th day of July, 1975, at 8:00
P.M. at the Dublin Municipal Building, a public hearing
shall be held on the proposed Tax Budget for the Village
of Dublin~ Ohio, for the year 1976.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and he hereby is,
directed to give notice of said hearing by publication in
a newspaper of general circulation in the Vi I lage of Dublin,
Ohio, at least ten (10) days prior to the date fixed for
said hearing in accordance with Section 5705.30 of the
Ohio Revised Code.
I SECTION 3. That at least two (2) copies of said Budget
shall be filed in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of
the Village of Dublin for public inspection not less
than ten (10) days prior to said hearing.
