SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS
B BE IT RESOLVED by the Counci I of the Vi Ilage of Dublin,
State of Ohio,~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That on :Ll-y ~ I , 1975, at 8:00 P.M.
at the Village Municipal Building, a public hearing
shall be held on a proposed amendment to the Zoning
Ordinance (Ordinance 21-70) whereby the approval of
Final Development Plans in P.U.O. zoned areas would
be at the discretion of Village Counci I, instead of
the Planning and Zoning Commission as now prescribed
in said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That on ~, ~, 1975 at 8:00 P.M.
I at the Vi Ilage Municipal Bui Iding, a publ ic hearing
shal I be held on a proposed amendment to the Sub-
Division Regulations (Ordinance 27-74) establ ishing
Park Fees for P.U.D. zoned areas, which under the
existing Sub-Division Regulations, are exempt from

SECTION 3. That the Clerk be and he hereby is dir-
ected to give notice of said hearings as required
