A RESOLUTION DECLARING MAXIMUM HOURS OF WORK FOR
MEMBERS OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND DECLARING
I AN EMERGENCY
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio,

" of the elected members concurring, that:
SEctION 1. The rnaxi.nn.un hours a member of the Police Department can
work in a 28 day period at his regular rate of pay is 240 hours. Any officer
working in excess of the aforesaid 240 hours in a 28 day period will be paid
at the rate of time-and-a-ha1f for such excess.
SECT ION 2. That this Resolution be, and it is, hereby, deemed an
Emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
health, safety and welfare of the Village of Dublin for the reason that there
is an immediate need to define and, determine "overtime" for the Police
Department, and that this resolution shall be in effect immediately upon its
