A RESOLUTION URGING THE
CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES
TO CONflNUE THE FEDERAL
REVENUE SHARING PLAN
8 WHEREAS, the Federal Revenue Sharing Plan is, in the near future, due to
expire; and
WHEREAS, it is the 6pinion of the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio
that said plan is of great benefit not only to Dublin and its residents, but
to all state and local political subdivisions throughout the United States.
It is hereby, RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio
b of the members thereof concurring, that:
SECTION 1. The Federal Revenue Sharing Plan should be continued, in its
present fonn, and should b~ renewed after its expiration date.
SECTIOO 2. The Village Administrator is, hereby, directed to forward a
copy of this Resolution to the Hon. R9bert Taft and the Hon. Jolm Glenn,
Senators of the State of Ohio, and also to the Hon. Chalmers Wylie and the
e Hon. Samuel Devine, Congressmen from Central Ohio, urging them to support a
renewal of the said Revenue Sharing Plan in its present fonn.

SECTION 3. This Resolution be, arld it is in force, :irronediately upon its
- passage.
