A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ~ FILING OF AN APPLICATION FOR ASSISTANCE
FOR "LAND DEVELOPMENT" FOR THE et'DlJBLllV COMMUNITY PARK" LOCATED
ON AVERY ROAD APPROXIMATELY 1.6 MILES NORTH OF U.S. 53, IN THE
VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO.
I WHEREAS the Federal Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1964
( Public Law 88-578) provides financial assistance to the state
of Ohio for outdoor recreaticn purposes, and:
VTEEREAS the Village of Dublin, Ohio desires financial assistance
under the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act Program
N~{, TfffiREFORE, BE IT RES~VED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, state of Ohio, of the elected members concurring,
as follows:
1. Tl1at the Council of the Village of Dublin hereby approves filing
an application for Land and Water Conservation Fund Act financial
assistance.
2. That the Administrator of the Village of Dublin is hereby authorized
and directed to execute and file an application with the Department
of Natural Resources, State of Onio, and to provide all information
and documentation required in said application for submission to the
Federal Bureau of Outdoor Recreation.
3. That the Co~ncil of the Village of Dublin hereby does agree to
obligate the funds required to satisfactorily complete the pro-
I posed project, and thus become eligible for Land and Water Cons-
ervation Fund Act financial aid of 50% of the actual allowable
reimbursement cost. ~~~
