RESOLUTION DESIGNATING FINANCIAL INSTIWTION AS PUBLIC DEPOSITORY
WHEREAS, the sealed application hereinafter described was the
8 highest and best application for the deposit of the public monies of the
Village, and the application was as follows:

WHEREAS, said Village Council finds that the sureties and securities
tendered are proper:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by said Village COWlcil that the
active deposits of public monies subject to its control be, and that same
h~reby are, awarded, in accordance with the provisions of Section 135.10 of
the Ohio Revised Code, as follows:

BE IT RJRTHER RESOLVED that the inactive deposits of public monies
