BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, l
of the members elected thereto concurring;

That on..../Jp..... 7 ., 1975 at 8 :00 P.M. at the Dublin Uur.licipal Bupding,
a public hearing' shall beheld on the proposed rezoning of the followmg
described land from Agricultural-Residential to Community Commercial:
Situated in the State of Ohio, the County of Franklin, the Township of
Vrashington and being part of Virginia !lilitar~T Survey '!'To: 4852 and being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin at the' intersection of the centerlines of Rings
Road and Frantz Road; thence S. 40 48' E. a distance of 717.53 feet to
an iron pin (passing over an iron pin at 30.01 feet); thence S. 850 23' W.
a distance of 1,132.76 feet to an iron pin; thence :N. 30 42' W. a distance
of 735.15 feet to a railroad spike in the centerline of said Rings Road
(passing over an iron pin at 705.15 feet) ; thence N. 860 17' E. along
said centerline a dis.tance of 1,118.90 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 18.771 acres, more or less, and being subject to all legal
highways, ea~ements, rights-of-~~y and restrictions of record.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to give notice
of said hearing by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in
U the Villar,e of Dublin, at least thirty (30) da~rs prior to the date fixed
for said hearing and by first class mail to the property owners within
and contiguous to and directlJ' across the street from the above-described
I property at the addresses of such owners appearing on the County Auditor's
current tax list or the Treasurer's mailing list, to be sent at least
~~nty (20) days prior to the date fixed fO~ hearing.
