BE IT RESOLVED by the Counoil of the Village of Dublin. state of Ohio. 5

SECTION 1. That on the..d!!! day of J~. 1974. at 8 :00 P.M. at the
i Village Munioipal Building. a publio hearing shall be held on the app-

lioation of Amerioan Urban Corporation for rezoning of approximately
236 aores of land within the Village to Planned Unit Development (P.U.D.)
and proposed Ordinanoe number 55-73. whioh said applioation and Ordinanoe
are on file in the Offioe of the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer be. and he hereby is. direoted to
give notioe of said hearing by publioation in a newspaper of general
oiroulation in the Village of Dublin at least thirty (30) days prior
to the date fixed for said hearing and by first olass mail to the
property owners within and oontiguous to and direotly aoross the street
I from the above desoribed property at the addresses of suog. owners app-
earing on the County Auditor's ourrent tax list or the Treasurer's
mailing list to be sent at least twenty (20) days prior to the date
fixed for said hearing.
