BE IT BESOLYBD by the Counoil of the Village of Dublin, State of OhiO,--1:.-..-
of the members eleoted thereto oonourring:
I SECTION 1. That-on the 7th day of January, 1974 at 8:00 P.M. at the Village
MUnioipal Building, a publio hearing shall be held on the proposed re-zoning
of the following desoribed property from Residential R-4 to Suburban Offioe
and Institutional, as indioated;
TO SUBURBAN OFFICE AND INSTITUTIONAL
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, Village of Dublin, being
Lot # 108, as the same is numbered and delineated upon the reoorded Plat
(3-199) of said Village of reoord, in the Reoorder's Offioe, Franklin County
Ohio, also mown as 19 S.Lower Street OR 19 S. Riverview Street, Dublin, Ohio.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk be and he hereby is direoted to give notioe of said
hearing by publioation in a newspaper of general oiroulation in the Village 0
Dublin at least thirty (30) days prior to the date fixed for said hearing and
by first olass mail to the property owners within and oontiguous to and dir-
eot ly aoro ss the street from the above de suri bed property, at the addre sses::
of suoh owners appearing on the County Auditor's our rent tax list, or the
Treasurer's mailing list, to be sent at least twenty (20) days prior to the
