A RESOLUTION AUTHORIIING THE FILING OF AN APPLICATION roR ASSISTANCE
IN " LAND DEVELOPMENT" FOR TEE " DUBLIN COMMUNITY PARK" LOCATED ON
AVERY ROAD, IN THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO.
I WHEREAS, the Federal Land and Water Conservation Fund .lot of 1964 ( Publio
Law 88-578) provides finanoial assistanoe to the State of Ohio for outdoor
reoreation purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Village of Dublin, Ohio desires finanoial assistanoe under the
Land and Water Conserwation Fund Aot program
NOW, THEREroRE BE I'l' RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, state
of Ohia, to of the eleoted members oonourring, as follows:
1. That the Counoil of the Village of Dublin hereby approves filing !Pl
application for Land and Water Conservation Fund Act finanoial assistance.
2. That the Administrator of the Village of Dublin is hereby authorized and
direoted to execute and file an applioation with the Department of Natural
Resouroes, State of Ohio, and to provide all information and dooumentation
required in said applioation for submission to the Federal Bureau of Out-
door Reoreation.
3. That the Counoil of the Village of Dublin here~ does agree to obligate
I the funds required to satisfaotorily oomplete the proposed projeot and
thus beoome eligible for Land and Water Conservation Fund Act finanoial
aid of 50% of the aotual allowable reimbursement oost.
