A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF AN APPLICATION FOR ASSISTANCE
IN " LAND DEVELOPMENT" FOR rHE " DUBLIN MUNICIPAL AND COMMONI'fY CENTER"
LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF POST AND COFFMAN ROADS, IN THE VILLAGE
OF DUBLIN, CHIO..
I WHEREAS. the Federal Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1964 (Publio
Law' 88-578) provides finanoial assistanoe to the state of Ohio for outdoor
reoreation purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Village of Dublin, Ohio desires finanoial assistanoe under the
Land and Water Conservat ion Fund .lot program
Nan, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Counoil of the Village of' Dublin, state
of' Ohio,~ of' the eleoted members concurring, as follows:
1. That the Council of the Village of' Dublin hereby approves filing an
applioation for Land and Water Conservation Fund Act finanoial assistanoe.
2.. That the Administrator of the Village of' Dublin is hereby authorized and
directed to exeoute and file an applioation with the Departm3nt of' Natural
Resources, state of Ohio, and to provide all information and documentation
required in said application f'or submission to the Federal Bureau of out-
door Reoreation..
3. That the Council of the Village of Dublin hereby does agree to obligate
the funds required to satisfaotorily oomplete the proposed projeot and
thus beoome eligible f'or Land and Water Conservation Fund Act financial
aid of' 50% of' the actual allowable reimbursement cost.
