IN " LAND ACCQUISITION" FOR THE " DUBLIN MUNICIPAL A1ID COMMUNITY CENTER"
LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF POST AND COFFMAN ROADS. IN THE VILLAGE
OF DUBLIN. em: O. .
I WHEREAS. the F~ ~Llai!ldriW'ater Conservation Fund A.ot of 1964 (Publio
Law 88-578) provides finanoial assistaaoe to the Staoteof Ohio for outdoor
reoreation purposes. and
WHEREAS. the V1.llage of Dublin. Ohio desires finanoial assistanoe under the
Land and Water Conservation Fund.&ot program
NON. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Counoil of the' Village of Dublin. state
of Ohio. \n of the elected members: conourring. as followlf:
1. That the Counoil of the Village of Dublin hereby approves filing an
applioation for Land and Water Conservation Fund Act finanoial assistanoe.
2. That the Administrator of the Village of Dublin is hereby authorized and
direoted to exeoute and file an applioation with the Department of Natural
Resources:. State of Ohio. and to provide all information and doo\.Ullentation
required in said applioation for submission to the Federal Bureau of out-
door Recreation.
3. That the Council of the Village of Dublin hereby does agree to obligate '
the funds required to satisfaotorily oomplete the proposed projeot and
thus become eligible for Land and Water Conservation Fund .Aot finanoial "-
aid of 50% of the aotual allowable reimburaement ooat.
