SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
BE IT RESOLVED by the Counoil of the Village of DUblin. State of
Ohio, ..!.- of the members elected thereto conourring t
SECTION 1. 'Dbat on the 20th day of August. 1973 at 8 tOO 0 'olook P.M.
at the Village lfimioipal Building. a publio hearing shall be held
on the proposed amendment of seotion 541 of Artiole W ~ Sign and
Billboard Regulations'" of Ordinance. 21-70. known as the Z'oning
Code of the Village of Dublin, Ohio.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to give
notioe of said hearing by publioation in a newspaper of general
oiroulation in the Village of Dublin at least thirty (~) days
prior to the daye fixed for said ~earing.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance propodng said amendment, together
with the report of the Planning Commission be filed for publio
examination &Ji. the offioe of the VillLeJge C'lerk, and that it be
and remain available for publio examination until the public
hearing is held thereon.
