RESOLUTION NO. //_B73 , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
ON BUDGET
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin. State of Ohio.
to of the members elected thereto concurring:
SECTION 1. That on the ~ day of Jv~i . 1973. at
8 :00 o'clock p. M. in the Council Chamber at the Village Municipal
Building. a public he~ring shall be held on the proposed tax budget for the
Village of Dublin. Ohio. for the year 1974.

SECTION 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer be. and he hereby is.
directed to give notice of said hearing by publication in a newspaper of
general circulation in the Village of Dublin. Ohio. at least ten (10) days
prior to the date fixed for said hearing in accordance with Section 5705.30 of
the Ohio Revised Code.
SECTION 3. That at least two (2) copies of said budget shall be
filed in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of Dublin for public
inspection not less than ten (10) days prior to said hearing.
