RESOLUTION DE SIGNA TING FINANCIAL
INSTITUTION AS PUBLIC DEPOSITORY
WHEREAS. the sealed application. a true copy of which is at-

WHEREAS. the Village Council finds that the sureties and securi-
ties tendered are proper,
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by said Village Council
that the inactive deposits of public monies subject to its control be. and
that same hereby are, awarded, in accordance with the provisions of
Section 135.07 of the Ohio Revised Code, as follows:
To be deposited in and safely kept by The
Ohio State Bank from and after April 17,
1973. for a period of two (2) years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the active deposits of public
I monies subject to its control be, and the same hereby are, awarded, in
accordance with the provisions of Section 135. 10 of the Ohio Revised Code,
as follows:
To be deposited in and safely kept by The Ohio
State Bank from and after April 17, 1973. for
a period of two (2) years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. that the interim deposits of public
monies subject to its control be, and the same hereby are, awarded, in
accordance with Section 135.09 of the Ohio Revised Oode. as follows:
To be deposited in and safely kept by the Ohio
State Ba.nk for a period of not less than thirty
(30) days nor more than one (1) year during
the period of designation. namely, from and
after April 17. 1973, for a period of two (2)
years.
I BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the institution. to whom the
above awards are made. shall respectively become the depositories for the
