RESOLUTION NO. lOw 73 J VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio,
.1" --k- of the members elected thereto concurring:
SECTICN 1. Tha t on the ~W1 day of m~ ' 1973, at
8:00 P. M. at the Village Municipal Building, a public hearing shall be held
on the application of Muirfield Ltd. for rezoning of approximately 1,500
acres of land within the Village to Planned Unit Development (PUD) and
proposed ordinance number JJ.-13 , which said application and ordinance,
together with the report of the Planning Commission, are on file in the Office
of the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and he hereby is,
directed to give notice of said hearing by publication in a newspaper of
general circulation in the Village of Dublin at least thirty (30) days prior
to the date fixed for said hearing and by first class mail to the property
I owners within and contiguous to and directly across the street from the
above-described property at the addresses of such owners appearing on the
County Auditor's current tax list or the Treasurer's mailing list to be sent
at least twenty (20) days prior to the date fixed for said hearing.
