RESOLUTION NO. 07- 73 , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
RESOLUTION ESTIMATING AGGREGATE MAX1MUM
AMOUNT OF PUBLIC FUNDS TO BE AWARDED AS
INACTIVE AND ACTIVE DEPOSITS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio,
0 of the elected members concurring:
I SECTION 1. That the estimated aggregate maximum amount
of public funds subject to the control of said Council to be awarded and
be on deposit as inactive deposits is is I so, 000. ~

and the probable maximum amount of public monies to be awarded and
be on deposit as active deposits at any time during the period of desig-
nation is 1$ 100 0 OC, o.,e. .

SECTION 2. That resolution number oS: 7~ of the
Village of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, be and it hereby is, repealed.
SECTION 3. That this resolution be, and it hereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate pre-
I servation of the public peace, health and safety for the reason that a
depository is presently needed to protect the peace, health and safety
of the residents of the Village of Dublin, Ohio; and that this resolution
shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
