RESOLUTION NO. ~-73 . VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, oroo
SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of

Ohio, ~ of the members elected thereto concurring:
SECTION 1. That on the 7~day of rf)tt-! , 1973, at
g;oo o'clock ,P. M. at the Village Municipal Building, a public hearing
shall be held on the proposed amendment of Sections 348.021 and 348.022
of Article III of Ordinance No. 21-70, known as the Zoning Code of the
Village of Dublin, Ohio, adding as permitted uses within the OFFICE
LABORA TORY AND RESEARCH DISTRICT" facilities for training personnel
engaged in electronic equipment servicing, electronic equipment servicing
and furnishing telephone company supplies and use~ normally attendant to
and ia support of servicing of training and servicing, including supply
storage, private meal and temporary lodging facilities.
I SECTION 2. That the Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to give
notice of said hearing by publication in a newspaper of general circulation
in the Village of Dublin at least thirty (30) days prior to the date fixed for
said hearing.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance proposing said amendement,
together with the report of the Planning Commission be filed for public
examination in the office of the Village Clerk, and that it be and remain
available for public examination until the public hearing is held thereon.
