SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin~ State of
Ohio~ fp of the members elected thereto concurring:
, SECTION 1. That on the ~ day of fJn, (J. H_ ~ 1973~ at
S:Oo o'clock P. M. at the Village Municipal Building~ a public hearing

shall be held on the proposed amendment of Section 328.023 of Article III
of Ordinance No. 21-70~ known as the Zoning Code of the Village of Dublin~
Ohio~ adding "Funeral Service" as a permitted use in the Community
Commercial District.
) SECTION 2. That the Clerk be~ and he hereby is~ directed to give
notice of said hearing by publication in a newspaper of general circulation
in the Village of Dublin at least thirty (30) days prior to the date fixed for
said hearing.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance proposing said amendment~
I together with the report of the Planning Commission be filed for public
examination in the office of the Village Clerk~ and that it be and remain
available for public examination until the public hearing is held thereon.
