SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, 4 of the members elected thereto concurring:

I SECTION 1. Tha t on the ? day of IYJA-iIAt , 1973, at
, ~',~~ o'clock P. M. at the Village Municipal Building, a public
hearing shall be held on the proposed amendment of Section 541 of Article V
f "Sign and Billboard Regulations" of Ordinance No. 21-70, known as the
Zoning Code of the Village of Dublin, Ohio.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to give
notice of said hearing by publication in a newspaper of general circulation
in the Village of Dublin at least thirty (30) days prior to the date fixed for
said hearing.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance proposing said amendment,
I together with the report of the Planning Commission be filed for public
examination in the office of the Village Clerk, and that it be and remain..
available for public examination until the public hearing is held thereon.
