RESOLUTION NO. 0/-73 , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, orno
SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio,
~ of the alembers elected thereto c oocurring:
I SECTION 1. That on the SM" day of (fJAf\ c r+ , 1973, at
e~oo o'clock P. M. at the Village Municipal Building, a public hearing
shall be held on the proposed amendment of ArtiCle IV of Ordinance
No. 21-70, known as the Zoning Code of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, creating
a new zoning district to be known as the Planned Unit Development District
(PUD) .
SECTION 2. Thatttlle Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to give
notice of said hearing by publication in a newspaper of general circulation
in the Village of Dublin at least thirty (30) days prior to the date fixed for
said hearing.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance proposing said amendment, together

with the report of the Planning Commission be filed for public examination
in the office of the Village Clerk, and that it be and remain available for
public examination until the public hearing is held thereon.
