The Ohio State Bank 5% $100,000.00 Columbus, Ohio WHEREAS, said Village Council finds that the sureties and securi- ties tendered are proper. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by said Village Countiill .. that the inactive deposits of public monies subject to its control be, and that same hereby are, awarded, in accordance with the provisions of Section 135.09 of the Ohio Revised Code,as follows: - ThEbe deposited in and safely kept by the Ohio State Bank for a period of not less than thirty (30) days nor more than one year at a rate of interest of five (5) percent. ----- BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the active deposits of public \ monies subject to its control be, and the same hereby are, awarded, in accordance with the provisions of Section 135.10 of the Ohio Revised Code as follows: I To be deposited in and received and safely kept by The Ohio State Bank from and after January 1, 1973, for a period of two (2) years.
