RESOLUTION ESTIMATING AGGREGATE MAXIMUM
AMOUNT OF PUBLIC FUNDS TO BE AWARDED AS
INACTIVE DEPOSITS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio,
I ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the estimated aggregate maximum amount of
public funds subject to the control of said Council to be awarded and be on
deposit as inactive deposits is - ') f<,6Ad}. t)D
and the probable maximum amount of public monies to be awarded and be
on deposit as 8/etive deposits at any time during the period of designation
is .~iI~otJ. tJO .
SECTION 2. That this I'eablution be, and it hereby is, declared
to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of
the public peace, health and safety for the reason that a depository is
presently needed to protect the peace. health and safety of the residents of
the Village of Dublin, Ohio; and that this resolution shall take effect and
be in force immediately upon its passage.
